Wild Nutria dog treats from Louisiana

Did you know Louisiana loses wetlands at the rate of one football field every hour? There are multiple causes but a major culprit is nutria, an invasive species imported for the fur trade. Thousands of acres of critical marsh are destroyed year-round by this semi-aquatic mammal wrecking havoc on an endangered ecosystem. Marsh Dog, named “Business Conservationist of the Year” by the Louisiana Wildlife Federation, uses a market-based approach to solve the problem by utilizing the lean, high quality meat of nutria in dog treats. Eco-sustainable and locally-made with regional ingredients, Marsh Dog is purpose-driven to provide healthy products for dogs that taste good and do good.
